Problem with Dragon ball z MUGEN 2008

I have problem with my game dragon ball z mugen 2008.
when i play it the black screen will appear and a dialogue shows that signal out of range.
What is the problem?
and what are the requirements for the game?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.3

This is because you dont have the requirement to play this game!! just upgrade your RAM memory and graphic card!

You tell me to upgrade my system ok so i have a 256mb ram & i have 64mb VGA that is old so what do you think that what is the requirement of the game. thanks.
