Mini displayport to vga or dvi

Hello,

would just like to ask if there is a difference between the two in terms of picture quality. i have a monitor that is capable of handling the 2 options.

already tried the vga connection. not as happy with it bec images were not as good as what i see in my macbook screen. thinking of getting a mini display port to dvi instead.

Its better you use the DVI port! IF you have S-video it's even better!
