Hello,
I wants to delete Personal Antivirus.Please tell the removal instrution .Also tell the software name which can remove Personal Antivirus software.Sent me the software link.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi, Carl..

To get rid of personal antivirus please do the following..
Firstly to the following.
1. Open computer
2.open the c drive,
then open the program files folder by double clicking on it..
3.After that open the comman files folder, then open uninstall folder.
4.if in this folder if u find personal antivirus icon, uninstall it.
5. After this is done, restart ur system, log on to the internet & go to pctuneup.pctuneup.googlepages and install & run the malware bytes SW. if this is not working then open google.com & then type downlaod & install malware bytes. run the SW & remove the infected files if any restart ur system..everything will be fine.

I'm getting a box saying that windows is searching for PAV.exe, and then another one comes up telling me that the shortcut isn't there. any suggestions? thanks!
