Blue ray problems

Hello,
I just bought the international ble ray disc. It saids that it is loading but it will not start playing when the loading is complete.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,

check the users manual which came along with the Blue Ray disc player.

it will contain all the details you need to operate the player.

That Doesnt Help us AT ALL! It still doesnt play or recognize any blu discs......

Had the same problem with our bluray. Will not reconize ANY disk. Finally called Sony and they say it needs to be sent in for repairs. What's with that? It messed up when we tried to play the bluray version of "Marley and Me" from Blockbuster.
