Why does magicjack turn itself off after time

Hello,
Magicjack turns itself off a few times a day, I have my computer to not go to sleep and not to hibernate, also HWMonitor closes also, witch i have running to check my temps. can you help me? thank you Mike

Hi,

check you power saving settings.

right-click on your desktop, select properties and then screen saver.

then click on power under minotor power.

or the device may be faulty, get it replaced.

Thank you for your help, tryed all that still had same problem found out it was my wireless mouse and keyboard , switched to a wired and no more problem. Thanks again Mike
