i have to installation CD for my laptop HP Pavilion dv2000 please help me

Does pc has recovery console? if it has y not boot ur pc 4rm there bcos most HP pc instead of looking installation CD ,always come with in built recovery consonle utility.giv me a feedback if it works.

I have HP Pavilion dv2000 notebook. I cannot find Recovery Manager. The instructions from this site http://h10025.www1.hp.com/... does not work. any idea? thanks.

I face same problem when I reformat HDD, the lapie keep saying no system..

Hey do you think is possible to find the recovery cd for hp pavillion dv2000 series for win vista because i tried to buy it from hp but they did not sell this model in Romania so they are unable to send me one. can anyone help me or tell me where to find it? pls

Put the cd in your pc restart your pc select the boot menu and select the cd and enter and install

I'm using my HP dv2000 right now and when we got it we didn't get an "Installation CD". . . works fine.

You actually make your own recovery disc ..you should have done that when your laptop was still new..
