Cant get attachment from email in word 07

Hello,
I really need some help and advice on a problem I am having with word 2007. Just yesterday I started getting messages when I tried to read attachments from emails that said file could not be found. It was coming from 97-03 but also 07 edition.

Please help! Thanks in advance for your help in helping me know what to do

Thanks for responding. The attachments in the emails sent to me are word document that I cannot open
Not very up on computers so I appreciate the help
