How to make video on my HP (laptop) webcam?

Hello,I just bought a laptop.HP.And i saw it has a web cam!My question is how can i take videos with it?I can shoot pics but not videos...how to make a video with it?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.10

You will have to use your webcam software to take videos! You will see the record options etc!

I have installed windows 7 in my dv2700, my camera works with skype, but i need softwafe for camera, where i can get it?

What kind of hp laptop do you have?

if you have one of the newer ones, you need to go into quickplay, which some of the newer hp laptops have...either start, all programs, quickplay. or tap the quickplay icon on your laptop. :)
