Windows cannot find regsvr.exe

Hello,
while startup the system shows "Windows cannot find regsvr.exe". i couldn't delete the autorun.inf, coz that was not found.
Also i couldn't repair the system, system shows the blue screen.

could anyone resolve this error.

you can do a system restore from the date when your pc was working fine!
