Floppy only boot drive?

Hello,

My computer displayed "reboot and select proper boot device" upon startup, after an unfortunate restore to factory settings. Windows does not start. I replaced the hard drive, but the floppy drive is the only bootable device shown in BIOS. What to do???

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
