Downloading photos from Samsung J700

Hello,
I have new Samsung phone, and have installed CD, downloaded driver and still cant find any sign of it on my computer. Nothing happens when I plug into the USB socket! help

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi,

open the software that you installed and then try to search for you phone throught it.

check if the cable is well connected.

You should try:menu>settings>phone settings>pc connection>mass usb storage.

Try going to settings pc connections put it on mass storag then connect your phone to your computer then it will work

My phone is a different model but very similar, and have the same problem.
I did what you said about changing it to mass storage but then it says initialisation failure and to reinsert card or something?? But I put the CD in...
