My name is Frank. I need some help. My internet shows videos but the audio doesn't sound.

Make sure that
1) your audio driver is installed properly
2) your audio output device is connected and working
3) it is not soundless video

Hello,

if you are using vista you should go to the volume settings and check your browser volume... its is may be on mute or its low

The version of browser must be checked for java support.
hence modify the effects of sound drivers for your sound card to speaker out.
if all these fails then you need a faster internet connection hence support for shuffling of files stops.Ggbits/sec.
