Ethernet controller driver instalment

Hello,
i have recently reinstalled windows xp...facing problem in installing the driver for ethernet controller...last time i had only insert the wireless-B notebook adapter and it corresponding s/e installed automaticaly...but its not happening this time... Plzzzzzzz help me i have been facing the problem for 2 weeks...PLZ HELP ME...

Hye you will need to install the driver from your driver CD ROm!

How can i do it... i have download the driver from net...its not on cd...
plz help me... :(
