How do I download files Motorola V3 to PC

Hello, I want to download from my Motorola V3 to my PC (mainly pictures) I have used the 'Phone Tools' and it says 'Installed phone tools successfuly' but what next. There is no icon to click on to. No mention in my list of programs. USB cable plugged into PC and phone. Please help.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
