Nothing pops up when I download flash player

I'm not able to download Flash Player because nothing pops up! the gold bar won't show up either! what do i do??

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello download flash player and install it manually from the adobe website

Try clicking the refresh button. Worked for me :)
