I need help... Application not found.

Hello,

I've had this problem for a number off weeks now. It occurs whenever I try to open a new window in IE6 or whenever I try to download software.

I recieve a message "Application not found" and the new window just appears blank.

Please if anyone can help, I need to download a new driver for my digital camera and this is causing me much annoyance..
