Cannot remove trojan

Hello, I have i vary serious problem. In m computer is a virus/trojan Win32/Pacex.Gen. I had tried to restart my windows, antivirus programs like NOD32, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware or SuperAntiSpware can't clean this virus!! It removes, but when i'm restarting pc, the problem is occured. Please, help me!!

Firefox 3.0.10

DId you update your antivirus?? you should update all your security software ok
