Script to move files created on current date

Hello,
I am new in scripting. Please help me to solve this problem.

I want to write the script which will create the folder of current date in /mnt.
My application is create the directories contineously. I want to move the folders created on currnet date to /mnt/current_date_folder.

This script must be run contineously and create the folder everyday and move the directoires careted on same day to /mnt/current-dare-folder

Configuration: Windows XP
Safari 525.19
