Hello,

Greetings from my end !!!

i had laptop ( lenevo), two days back i had installed antivirius in my laptop,after the installaisation that is required restart my laptop, after that i don't have find my files and also startmenu on my desktop, i have found only blank screen.

please help me how can i view my files and start menu on my desktop.,

Hi,

press ALT+CTRL+DEL to enter the task bar.

then under the applications tab, click New task

then type explorer and hit enter.

this should fix your problem.
