Finger reader software needed for hp

Hello,
i have a hp pavillion dv4 -1100 ea and the finger reader isn't working and the comp promts me to download it from the net or use my retrival cd which i have made even tough i used the retrival cd its not working so i need to know the website from i could download the info plz let me know.

i even spoke to 1 of the hp advisors and he gave me a web address but no use

Select the OS you are using, if xp or vista and then search for the wanted driver, then download it
