I can't watch VIdeos online, HULU YOUTUBE....

Hello,
I have a problem, I cannot watch any types of videos, I trid downloading adobe flash but it does not succesfully download. HOw to i restore my comp. to it's old ways? Someone changed some stuff in the tools area.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
