Problem connected 2 pc with 3g phone

Hello,
i have 2 computer and im using 3gphone as a modem,but the problem is the 2nd computer cant browse the internet. i link two computer with cross cable.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.10

This is quite normal why the other pc can't get connected!
You won't be able to connect 2 pc!
