Hi,
if your computer's specs are too low, you will have to upgrade it to be able to use the device.
else you will keep getting error messages or the device wil not run properly.

But i already check some forums that tells the minimum requirements to be able to use the magic jack. i read that it needs to be atleast a pentium 3 processor, 256mb ram(other says that 128mb ram also work)... my old computer has a pentium 3 processors and a 128mb ram but still i cant use my magic jack..
