Explorere Browser changes size onscrn

Hello,
I am on an acer aspire and the screen changes size when a 4 headed arrow pops up- yes even when only one finger is on the cursor pad - how might I turn off this feature - it is really annoying and kills the usefulness of the machine.
If you hold a finger on the touchpad and add a fingeryou can cause the issue to appear - bt it then gets a bit random and is rarely called for-I do want to kill it.
Alos there is a silly software scroll wheel that takes over too - I'd love to kill that
Looking for suggestions as to how to do this

Hi,
try to reinstall the touch pad drivers.
you will get the all the drivers you need for your computer in the official website of acer.
try this link and slect your computer model and then download the driver.
