Hello,
i own a HCL laptop with realtk driver after installing the xp version 2002 the device is not working there is no sound in the system the driver is not geting installed from the mother board cd . how to solve it

Configuration: windows xp

try this link to see if the the driver can help you:
http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger 971 drivers realtek ac 97 audio
if it does not work either, then post the full specs of your computer and we will find a link where you can download the drivers.
