Download attachment only my computer on gmail

Please help. I am unable to download attachments received in my e-mail. All was fine until last month. When I download attachment on yahoo they do on my computer when I download attachment on gmail.com they do not. Only my computer when I used other computer for downloading attachment on gmail & yahoo both are fine they download. Please it is very important that this be corrected. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
this may be blocked by your antivirus.
go to "Virus Controls" and uncheck "Threats in Mail Attachments".
this should fix your problem.
try to clear the cache also.
if the problem persists, try this link to get help from Gmail:

Hi ,
you can try this
open internet explorer
go to tools
select internet options
select general
press delete files
press delete cookies
press clear history
press ok
then log into your Gmail account
try down loading your attachment
