How to create password for my Broad Band Conn

Hello,

This is anwar here I want my Broad band internet connection password protected, how do I do it.
Whenever I want to connect to the internet I just turn on the modem and it will connect me to the internet, I dont want this to happen. Please help me in this regar.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi,
try these steps:
>control panel
>network connections
>create a new connection
>choose "connect to internet" > Next
>setup my connection manually > Next
>connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password > Next
>then fill in the space and set the user name ad password properly and then follow the setup wizard.
