Hello,

I have tried just about every program to try and open pictures on my computer. Not sure what happened as some pictures are fine. I can open them no problem. However, other folders filled with pics won't open.
If I use InfranView it says "Can't find file header! Unknown file format or file not found !!"
To compound the difficulties I'm using Korean Windows XP so hunting through the menus is a bit of a pain in the butt even though I read Korean.

How can I open and access these pictures? They are there, but just can't open, email or do anything with them.

Thanks!

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.10

Hi,
try to change the file extension of the pictures.
go to folder options > view > uncheck hide file extensions for known file types
click aply and OK.
then rename the file extension. put it as JPEG.
then try to open it.
