Connecting Xbox Live through wireless/etherne

Ok, im trying to connect to xbox live... i have wireless internet, (att 2wire modem) i have accessed xbox live before but its no longer working.... i think i may need to go to my network settings...... im operating on a mac and i am able to get onto the internet and go on to websites.... im using an ethernet cable from my computer to the xbox trying to use the internet.... wat should the settings be set to on the home network settings? (firewall settings, network settings, system settings, broadband settings)

Firefox 3.0.7

Hello if you have a wireless you can connect your xbox directly. You should do the configuration

Make sure the cable between the xbox and the computer is a crossover cable, a standard ethernet cable won't work.

Hey with the at&t boxes there's an ethernet port on them. use some ethernet cable and connect your 360 to the cable box.
