Volume control isnt working please help

Hi i need help with my volume control.It saying there are no active mixer devices available. to install mixer devices go to control panel, click printer and other hardware, and them click add hardware. please help HP photosmart 4280

Hi,
you need the sound driver. try to update your sound driver to see if this helps.
post your computer specs and we will check if you have this option for your computer model.
if yes, we will send you a link where you will be able to download the driver.
