CD-RW driver problem

Hello,

i have a toshiba qosmio lap top ( 2gb ram .... 1.6 gb processor ... 200 gb hdd )
i was using XP on it .. then i try to use windows 7
so i install it .. during installing it ask me ... upgrade or new copy ... i chose new copy ... then its work .......the problem :
when i try the to use the CD-RW driver .. the auto player give me some choice ... burn CD .... write CD ... so i cant open the CD or the DVD .. i notice some thing strange ... it tells me it is a blank CD ... its empty ..... am sure its not empty
so what is the problem ... pls help ... and thnx any way

Hi,
you need to install the Windows 7 drivers.
try this link to go to go to toshiba website to select your computer model and then download the necessary drivers.
then your computer will work properly.
