Need for speed most wanted install problem

Hello,
i can't install nfsmw when i install this game its show "d3x9.23dll" problem n sometimes its show "speed.exe" problem plz give me a solution of this problem

Configuration: Windows XP, 1gb ram, dual core 2.8,128mb ati radon graphics,80 gb ram

This is because the game DVD is damaged! the DVD can't read and copy this file to your hard drive!

The only thing to do is to find another installation DVD!

Try to install the latest DirectX, u can find it on the Microsoft website!!, hope that could solve ur problem

About d3x9.23dll file you can download it from any site in the internet and put it in the folder of the game .. and enjoy the game

Anyone who can install NFS MW on Windows 7 because of DirectX (game says that DirectX must be in version 9.0c but in Win7 its Dx11) Clik right on autorun.exe then choose compability with winxp sp3. It helps me :P
