Hello,
I have loads of viruses on my pc i am using AVG Free v8.5 I have scanned pc and found the viruses but when i try to delete them it wont let me saying i need to be a power user what does this mean and how can i get rid of them i have been up for 3 days trying to rid my computer. Thanks in advance.
ps it is saying that the viruses are Packed.Rolex if that helps. apparently i need to put in a password that i dont know or cant even remember setting up for the administration account if someone knows how to over ride this also.
