My computer has 601 viruses and trojans

Hello,
i am wondering if you can help me. My computer has 601 ruses and is causeing lots of different problems with my computer, for example...the internet often disconnects its self, it can take upto 15minutes to cnnect to the internet and i very very slow. hav tried everything i can to get rid of the trojans and virues but nothing seems to be working at all. Please can you help. Thankyou
