Hello,

I am wanting to start my Media Player Classic from my serial port, preferably by taking DSR or another pin to +12v. Can this be done please as I know nothing about programming.

Is it simply an extra file added to the MPC directory or does the program need modifying. I only need to start the player, not stop it or anything else.

I am using MPC UNICODE Ver 6.4.9.1 Rev 89. This is a freeware program under GNU General public license.

Thanks in anticipation.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0
