Star up Problems(Follow -Up to Mig

Hello,


Mig Wiz is not located in my start up list using misconfig,it does not load on boot up , only the Menu Bar titled Microsoft with the Mig Wiz folder is displayed. I can end it using the red X uper right corner of this page.

Using Microsoft Explorer, I can locate a directory under Program Files titled Microsoft(containing only the Mig Wiz folder).

At this point can I delete this Microsoft directory( using the Microsoft Explorer delete option) without causing any future problems(eg. error messages,missing files or directories or PC hang ups)?-This directory isn't in Add\Remove Programs.

Internet Explorer 6.0

I agree, this is about as clear as mud.

MigWiz is the launcher for Files and Settings Transfer Wizard in XP. I am not sure how, why & what you are up to. But you normally pull it up via All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Files and Settings Transfer Wizard or by simply typing MigWiz in the Run box from your Start Menu.
