My DVD rom won't read anything

Hello,
Hi! My DVD Rom won't read after I install the DVD0-Rom Game(sims 3) you could tell something is trying to happen but then i says Please insert disk. The disk was in thete and then I went to properties and it says that the dvd-rom is working fine but he disk space was full. Free space 0 bytes and unsed space 0 bytes. What does this mean and what should I do
