Unlock selection mode

Hi, my toshiba laptop keypad doesn't let me type any words. i have pressed a key function by accident and when ever i type any key it says " this modification is not allowed because the selection is locked. i dont know what to do.

i tried looking at the keypad setting but it doesn't help :-(

This can be solved by pressing Fn and F10 or F11 depending on your model!
