Hello, i need help my gamertag for xbox is McSpensey and i have 27000 gamerscore for some reason my hard drive says my profile is corrupted and i dont know my email or password because my dad doesnt remember so i cant recover my gamertag and now im screwed and lost my achievments and game data that i have gotten over 3 years not cool :( does any one out there know how to fix this problem

IMPORTANT.... this is to anyone that had a corrupted file and cant recover it because you dont know your email or password or both. Dont sweat it just call 1-800-4myxbox it will be automated machine just keep following the directions till you get to a live support guy which probably will be an imagrant lol.. but anyways just tell him that your file got corrupted and dont know your password he will send new files to your profile. Dont bother with MS tech support they will just yank you around for about 2 hours and tell you srry without your email address they cant do anything about it. I may suggest that you keep a record of your new gamer ID and make about 100 copies of it cause MS is a horrible tech support. I rather eat mud then listen to them tell me why or how there policy has changed every other day. |
