Hi,
I was using my computer yesterday and I put it in hibernation mode. After about an hour, I tried to turn it on and it opened to my desktop screen, but the keyboard and touchpad were not working. I restarted my computer, and it opened to the login screen, where I was able to type in my password. However, after this, it opened only to a grey screen where it would stay there. I am able to open safe mode and access my files but I am not able to use it normally.
If anyone can help, PLEASE email me! I have no idea what to do :(
