My compaq presario cq40 got dead BIOS

my notebook is compaq presario cq40
the problem is few times ago i downgrade (re-flashing) my compaq bios for install windows XP and i got dead bios, can some one help me please??

This is a serious problem! it won't be easy to fix that!

I will recommend you to bring the laptop to the shop if you still have warranty!
