Can't install compizconfig-setting-manager

Hello,
i used ubuntu 9.04 32bit, when try to install compizconfig-setting-manager it appear "E: couldn't find package "
so, what should i do? can anyone help me about this.

Hi,
try this:
System>Administration>Software Sources.
Make sure you have enabled all of the repos.

Yes i enable all repos but it still appear this Error. Or because of my computer doesn't work with Compoz,"Acer Aspire 5540".how about you think, and you know any 3D desktop than can install offline?

Sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager. try tiping "settings" instead of "setting"
