ACTION VOIP CANNOT LOGIN WITH MY ACCOUTN

Hello,
i am anwar and i recently create my account in actionvoip and login first time it work and then i change my password and i login after 2 hour it cant login and i fill up the forgot password blanks thens it showing reply in to my mail box

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

you need to go into the email account which you entered when creating the account.
the user name & password will be posted there.
