I tried the system recovery cd on my gateway desktop. During the recovery process the computer froze. I tried restarting the computer normally but it would freeze on the microsoft windows xp loading screen. I tried everything, but it won't work normally. I don't have any of the other cd's for the pc they got lost while moving. Any help? I really need my pc working properly.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
