Hello,

I recently bought a new laptop and a WAG160N Lynksys wireless router. I used the wireless wizard provided on the install disk and everything was fine. After a week or so, I started to have problems connecting to the internet. When I boot up my laptop I get a yellow triangle with an exclaimation mark inside beside my internet connectivity indicator. When I hover over the triangle it shows my wireless network with the words "limited connectivity". Rebooting my router is the only way I can get a clean connection. Once the connection is up I have no problems, it's only an issue if I shut my laptop down and then re-boot it.

If anyone can help me I would be very greatful.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi Kay,

How did you fix this problem, I'm having the same issue - every time I restart my computer it forgets it has a internet connection (same router works without issue on my other computer). Have to power off, power on the router to get my computer to recognize the internet.

Thanks

I have exactly the same problem as you, with the same type of router and computer. It would be really helpful if you could post your solution to his.

Thanks,

Hello, Having the same problem with our router, we connect in an office and can say that we are heavy users. We always get disconnected from the net. after a router restart its ok again. Do you think my router haven't got enough power for several users?
Thanks
