I can't get my facebook home page or profile to load, or it load very very slowly. Just started having problems with it yesterday 05/29/09. Anyone else having these problems? Is it an issue with facebook app. or me?
Other sites seem to load no problem. Even Mafia Wars through facebook loads easily.

Need help? Anyone

I CANT EVEN LOAD FACEBOOK AT ALL....WHEN I TRY TO LOAD IT KICKS ME OFF THE INTERNET ON THAT PAGE ENTIRELY. I HAVE NO PROBLEM LOADING MYSPACE OR ITS APPS, ANYTHING ELSE.....BUT FACEBOOK JUST KICKS ME OFF ALTOGETHER. OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS I GOT SOME MESSAGE REGARDING SOME VIDEO THAT SAID WAS ME.......AND IT HAS BEEN PASSED TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS WITHOUT ME KNOWING OR SENDING....I NEVER WATCHED THE VIDEO, NEVER OPENED IT.....WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM WITH FACEBOOK?

After 3 days I can load facebook again and all is back to normal. I too received that message from a friend that said I was in a video, my computer would not open it, thank goodness, I talked to some other people who got it and did open it and then had all kinds of problems with their computer. Try facebook again in a few days, hopefully it will straighten itself out for you

Thanks for the info.....you were right....i can now, after a few days, open again facebook. I still dont know what the problem is or was and i have informed all my true friends on the site to not open the message regarding the video. So far i am not having any more problems. One of my friends daughter did open the video and now they are having computer problems....going heywire......I JUST WISH THAT PEOPLE THAT USED THE INTERNET WERE SO MALISCIOUS AND EVIL.....why do people want to intentionally hurt others on the net? I dont get it.....but thank you for your advice and thoughts.....miley

Ive been having the same problems with facebook. i can easily load myspace and everything else but when i log onto facebook... its just a blank page and i cant get to my apps. same as my profile. there has to be something i can do to fix this crap.

Iv been haveing probs with my face book as well cant load my home page then when i try to go on games page comeing up with error on it this is drivineing me made can any one help me with this please ......

7?16/09 I can log in to facebook but my home doesn't even come up... I can load MW but I can't deposit ,Fight Or even get to Cuba unless I go to jobs and then I can get there but I cant deposit there either. I thought it was my home computer but my work computer does the same thing.. I noticed a small glitch last night when I couldn't gift someone now the app seams to be haywire.. Wish Facebook could find some "Good" tech people!! It seams they just can't handle what they have. Facebook should higher some people from MY Space to get things working right ! But until then we all have to put up with this S@!T.

Its 7/23/09 ive havent been able to log on to facebook in like 3 days. i can go to the home page fine, but once i enter my info and click login it doesnt do anything. the hour glass symbol just mocks me..=) i hope im not being hacked. has anyone found a solution??

Recently whenever I try to log into facebook the home page comes up blank, it still has the chat (which won't work) at the bottom and the guide bar up at the top. I can open up my profile page but even that takes what seems like an eternity to load. I don't believe I've opened any of the mass mail viruses but I know something is wrong because I can log in just fine on any other computer and recently there are pop ups every time I log into myspace or facebook. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had all the same problems. Adding the S to http was a work around but what totally fixed the problem for me was getting rid of the skype extension in firefox tools, add-ons, extension, fixed the problem. It has something to do with Skype.
