Windows xp home ed in safe mode

Hello,
i have enstalled a mp3 player creative Zen Vplus 4gb and after that my laptop went black. It wont start in safe mode or in any other options. It keeps restarting but never boots up.
SO Virus? is the laptop damaged? Any help out there. Thanks.

Hi,
this may be due to your RAM which may be damaged.
remove them one by one and try to boot each time you remove one.
thus, you will locate the faulty one.
