I ned GTA IV Smooth in my PC

Hello,
I've got Pentium D 2.8GHz, 3GB DDr2,160GB HDD,946GZis M.board & an ATI HD4670 1GB;but no PSU.But this nasty game does run smoothly at all.Do I needa get a-
(i)Better proceesor?
(ii)A PSU?
(iii)XP SP3?
The (ii)& (iii) is affordable 4 me but changing processor?----noooo!
But GTA IV is my dream. What 2 do?
And is there any method to stop that terrible shaking that comes with a pirated copy( A crack, Patch or something?)
