CD/DVD Drive will not read disc

Hello,
I have a Mac G5 and the CD/DVD drive will not read a program I bought. It will read DVD's and CD's. I tried the disc I am having problems with on another Mac (G4) and the disc opened immediately. Not quite sure why my drive will not read this disc. I put the disc in and a minute later the computer spits it back out

The problem is with the disc... if you tried opening it on another mac pc!
