Problems with screensize contected to LCD TV

Hello,
I have a problem with a brocken screen on HP pavilion zt3000: I run my computer throug LCD, but with a mistake I change screensize on computer from 1024 to 640!!! My problem is taht now I can see anything on LCD and my computer screen i s broken. Can somebody navigate me back to 1024 without see the screen??

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Use F8 to boot into "Safe Mode" that should get you a viewable screen from which you can change the monitor size.

Good luck I need....
My problem is that I can`t see anything on my laptop screen? I have only a small spot i right upper corner.
Do you know any fast track buttons in window to change screen resolution?
